This paper reports on the fabrication of 1-3 piezocomposite with hexagonal pillars for high frequency ultrasonic transducer based on the cold ablation technique. The piezocomposite with hexagonal pillars was designed, simulated, and fabricated using an ultraviolet picosecond laser.
