We present a rare case of multiple intracranial arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs). A young female presented with headache and a left eyelid pulsatile swelling. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated numerous dilated cortical veins, along with a prominent left superior ophthalmic vein.
