Malignant melanoma is a tumor that originates from melanocytes. Melanoma commonly metastasizes to the lungs, brain, or any other solid organ. Herein, we describe the case of a 69-year-old woman with a previous history of cutaneous melanoma who presented with a newly developed palpable breast mass. Subsequent imaging findings and histopathologic examination results of biopsy specimens revealed bilateral breast masses consistent with malignant melanoma.
