Genetic and epigenetic mechanisms regulate antimicrobial immunity against (Mtb) infection. The present study assessed circular RNA TRAPPC6B (circTRAPPC6 for antimicrobial immune functions and defined mechanisms wherein circTRAPPC6B regulates Mtb growth, autophagy and microRNA in macrophages.
