Precursor B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (PBLL) is a rare subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma originating from B-cell precursors. PBLL, as a solitary mass lesion affecting the central nervous system without leukemic disease at presentation, is quite uncommon.
