Purpose To determine whether bilateral fundus excyclotorsion is helpful in distinguishing bilateral superior oblique palsy (SOP) from unilateral SOP by investigating bilateral fundus excyclotorsion in unilateral SOP and comparing the features with bilateral SOP using fundus photographs.
