Tumoral calcinosis (TC) is a rare benign pathology, particularly in pediatrics. It is difficult to diagnose with its pathophysiology poorly understood. We report two pediatric cases of TC having benefited from radiological assessments and surgical excision. Final diagnosis was made by pathological examination.
