Hypothalamic-pituitary (HP) dysfunctions are commonly reported complications in survivors of childhood cancer. These include growth hormone deficiency, luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone deficiency, thyroid-stimulating hormone deficiency, adrenocorticotropic hormone deficiency, central precocious puberty, hyperprolactinemia, and central diabetes insipidus.
