Introduction Silicone lymphadenophaty (siliconoma) is a rare complication secondary to breast implant augmentation or breast reconstruction surgery. Although it is usually linked to the age of the implant, the predominant etiology is multifactorial. Herein, we report a case of extensive siliconoma in the axilla in the hope that our experience will contribute to clinical decision making.
