This is a cross-sectional study, using multivariate regression analysis, to explore the relationship of Islamic governance on psychosocial work stressors and work productivity in healthcare settings. The results revealed that Islamic governing components that are culturally assimilating were significantly related to positive aspects of psychosocial work stressors and increased productivity.
