Next, fluorescent labeling experiments of the cellular culture medium-treated glass slides revealed that bovine serum proteins had been contained in the nanogranular surfaces. Further, the adhesive interactions between cells and nanogranular areas probed by AFM force spectroscopy together with cell growth experiments showed that cell tradition medium-forming nanogranular areas promote mobile attachment and growth.
