In children, mature cystic teratomas are the most common ovarian tumors. Mucinous cystadenomas are rarely seen. Further, the recurrence of mucinous cystadenomas is very rare. This report describes a case of ovarian mucous cystadenoma in an adolescent that recurred 1year after surgery.
