Quilt Togs Explained The right duvet tog is key when using a weighted blanket. However, tog ratings are only a rough guide and should not be the only reason for choosing a quilt. Ideally, your summer duvet should be light and rated at least 2 togs. Children's first duvets should be low tog (3 to 4.5 tog). There are special cot quilts specifically designed for children.
