In this study, the role of Mn-substitution on structural, morphological, dielectric and magnetic properties of Al-doped ZnO nanoparticles has been examined using XRD, FE-SEM, μAutolab/FRA2 impedance spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques.
