Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide. Emerging evidence has suggested that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play vital roles in various biological processes of cancers, such as cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis. As reported previously, long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 284 (LINC00284) is an important regulator in multiple cancers.
