BACKGROUND/AIM To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of paclitaxel, gemcitabine, and cisplatin (TGP) as second-line treatment for advanced urothelial carcinoma (UC). PATIENTS AND METHODS This study comprised advanced UC progressed after first-line cisplatin-based chemotherapy.
