A total of 55 consecutive de novo CRT candidates were enrolled between January 2016 and March 2017. Electrocardiogram (ECG) and TMS had been done before and soon after implantation. The ECG parameters had been recorded, including QRS length and morphology (such as ΔQRS_Index, QTc during biventricular tempo mode [BiV pacing QTc], and QRS/T proportion during biventricular tempo mode [BiV pacing QRS/T ratio]). TMS monitored three physical vectors for the S-ICD. 6 months after implantation, the reactions to CRT were assessed.
