Epithelioid soft-tissue tumours are predominantly composed of rounded or polygonal tumour cells resembling epithelial cells. In the current WHO classification, epithelioid soft tissue tumors of uncertain differentiaton include myoepithelial tumour, alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS), and PEComa among others.
