OBJECTIVES To analyse the population pharmacokinetics of colistin and to explore the relationship between colistin exposure and time-to-death. METHODS Patients included in the AIDA randomized controlled trial were treated with colistin for severe infections caused by carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria.
