In patients with inoperable pancreatic cancer, the ESR, NLR, PLR, MLR, dNLR and SII were significantly higher compared with age-matched controls. Data showed no correlation between NLR, PLR, MLR, dNLR, SII and ESR levels. MLR and NLR had the highest AUC scores.
