We report a rare case of localized prostate cancer with BRCA2 and RB1 co-loss, which is usually found at a more advanced stage with a poor prognosis. A 59-year-old male with prostate cancer was referred to our hospital for surgical treatment. He had schizophrenia that was well controlled by medicine.
