In this study, we present a 3-year-old kid, who was simply identified by chance with congenital AAA at first procedure. We replaced the AAA+coarctation with a 6-mm polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) graft. Histological examination of the aortic wall disclosed no certain abnormalities.
