Selective arterial shunting increased the caliber of the LPA from 4.1 mm (1.2-5.6) to 6.5 mm (1.7-11.9) and this increase was preserved post-Fontan (6.7 mm [1.3-8.0]) (median [range]). Ventricular end diastolic pressure increased with arterial shunting but resolved after shunt takedown and Fontan completion (median +3 and -4 mm Hg respectively).
