We report a case series of 2 patients with unilateral acetabular insufficiency fractures who received allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies complicated by chronic graft vs host disease. These were managed with uncemented cup and cage total hip arthroplasty and stabilization of posterior column with plating.
