Chromoblastomycosis is a subcutaneous, chronic, granulomatous mycosis that occurs more frequently in tropical and subtropical countries. Herein, we describe a case of a 90-year-old female patient with diagnosis of chromoblastomycosis by Exophiala jeanselmei with a 22-year evolution who developed a squamous cell carcinoma.
