Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the most important organisms in nosocomial infections. Antibiotic resistance in this bacterium causes many problems in treating patients. This study aimed to investigate antibiotic resistance patterns and resistance-related, genes in clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii. This descriptive study was conducted on 124 isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii collected from clinical samples in two teaching hospitals in Ahvaz. The antibiotic resistance pattern was determined by disk diffusion. The p
