What is known and objective The botulinum toxin (BoNT) has been widely used for various conditions associated with pain. Case description Here, we report a case where celiac plexus block (CP with BoNT relieved intractable chronic pancreatic pain without complications. CPB was performed at the L1 level under fluoroscopic guidance, and 50 IU BoNT was injected on each side.
