For this reason, a cationic polyelectrolyte, branched polyethyleneimine (PEI), and a Eu-POM, Na9(EuW10O36)·32H2O (EuW1, were used here to construct luminescence-enhanced spherical aggregates with diameters ranging from 50 to 200 nm.
