Curcumin-loaded polymeric micelles composed of poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(N-2-benzoyloxypropyl methacrylamide) (mPEG-b-p(HPMA-Bz)) were prepared to solubilize and improve the pharmacokinetics of curcumin.
