ADHD Assessment A comprehensive ADHD evaluation is conducted during private consultation with an experienced psychiatrist. The assessment includes questionnaires and checklists of symptoms and an interview with the patient. After you have been diagnosed, your private practitioner will write to your GP requesting they take over prescribing medications under a Shared Care Agreement.
