The street merchants have more to fear than someone purchasing an item. The bags are laid out on a large cloth the sunglasses are attached to a large cardboard. We seen these merchants in Milan, Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples. It seems the local police do nothing more than scare them off as they move to the next block lay their products out again.
