Vascular disorders of the gallbladder and biliary tree are many and varied. In the acute setting, the clinical presentation of vascular conditions such as hemorrhagic cholecystitis and gangrenous cholecystitis are non-specific and rely on imaging for diagnosis and triaging for emergent surgery.
