To describe the findings of four patients (four eyes) with optic disc melanocytoma (ODM), using multimodal imaging. Retrospective case series. On ocular ultrasonography ODMs appeared as hyperechogenic lesions with moderate-to-high internal reflectivity. On blue-light fundus autofluorescence, ODMs showed total hypoautofluorescence, while, on infrared reflectance images appeared as bright and well-marginated lesions.
