A comet assay revealed dose-dependent DNA damage in zebrafish hepatocytes. The 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG), MDA, and carbonyl protein contents in brain tissues significantly increased. Moreover, the AChE in the zebrafish brain was induced.
