This paper aims to examine the efficacy of virtual reality (VR)-enhanced cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in the treatment of binge-purging type eating disorders compared to CBT. Four electronic literature databases were searched to retrieve eligible randomised controlled trials (RCTs).
