Vesicovaginal fistula (VVF) is an abnormal communication between the bladder and the vagina. Complex fistulae include those after failed repair attempts, radiotherapy, measuring ≥ 2 cm, located in the trigone, or with concomitant ureteric strictures or fistulae.
