Exosomes, membranous nanovesicles, naturally carry proteins, mRNAs, and microRNAs (miRNAs) and play important roles in tumor pathogenesis. Here we showed that gastric cancer (GC) cell-derived exosomes can function as vehicles to deliver miR-155 to promote angiogenesis in GC.
