To explore the association between MEG3 polymorphisms and the risk of prostate cancer in Chinese Han population. Two MEG3 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (rs11627993 CT rs7158663 AG) were genotyped in a case-control study which 165 prostate cancer patients and 200 healthy controls were recruited by a Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with the TaqMan assay.
