In multivariate analysis, the likelihood of being inappropriately awake was inversely correlated with preoperative seizures (odds ratio [OR], 0.23; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.06-0.89; p = 0.033) and positively correlated with left-sided lesions (OR, 7.31; 95% CI, 1.54-34.62; p = 0.012).
