Loeys-Dietz (LDS) syndromes (types 1-5) are autosomal dominant conditions with pathogenic variants in TGFβR1, TGFβR2, SMAD3, TGFβ2 and TGFβ3 that affect the cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and craniofacial systems.
