In the present study, a type of bioconjugate was synthesized by post modification of alginate by conjugating temperature-responsive poly(ε-caprolactone-co-lactide)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(ε-caprolactone-co-lactide) and O-phosphorylethanolamine as phosphorylation functional groups.
