Adrenocorticotropic hormone-producing pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (ACTHoma) is an exceedingly rare type of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (pNEN) that often causes ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone syndrome.
