Treatment of synovial chondromatosis of the hip joint poses a challenge due to its complex anatomy. Previously, we reported a relatively rare case of methotrexate-related lymphoproliferative disorder (MTX-LPD) that developed in the lumbar spine. At present, we report the follow-up of that case, presenting with relapse of MTX-LPD.
