Vertebrobasilar junction (VBJ) aneurysms are uncommon posterior circulation aneurysms. The treatment of VBJ aneurysms is challenging and in most cases, endovascular management is preferred over neurosurgery. We describe two patients with VBJ aneurysms who underwent successful neuro-interventional procedures.
