Leiomyomas, benign tumors of well-differentiated smooth muscle and vascular collagenous tissue, usually occur in the uterus but can develop wherever smooth muscle is present. Primary intracranial leiomyomas are rare tumors. We present the case of a 40-year-old woman with a primary intraventricular leiomyoma. She consulted us for headache, dizziness, and black spots in her vision. Magnetic resonance images (MRI) disclosed a mass rooted in the posterior septum pellucidum. The tumor was totally excised by the senior
