TEACH TECH IN WAYS NON-GEEKS CAN LEARN. Too often, technical training for older workers is a geek speaking Greek which includes a jumbled effort to remember stuff that never did make sense. Specialist, but will the fault of the coed. This isn't good teaching. But older staff is quick to belittle themselves about their inability to know this information.
