OBJECTIVE. Adult neoplasms of the ribs are a heterogeneous group consisting of both benign and aggressive entities. Rib neoplasms have a variety of overlapping imaging features, with much of the imaging data disjointed across the musculoskeletal, thoracic, and oncologic imaging literature.
