Comparative transcriptome analysis of Erysiphe pisi-infected pea (Pisum sativum) genotypes JI-2480 (resistant) and Arkel (susceptible) at 72 hours post-inoculation (hpi) was carried to detect molecular components involved in compatible and incompatible interactions.
