BACKGROUND The femoral rotation angle is important element in total knee replacement (TKR). AIM To measure this angle, we determine through the axes the transepicondylar axis (cTEA and sTEA), the posterior condylar axis (PCA), the anteroposterior axis (APA - Whiteside axis).
