Women were less likely to be overweight [odds ratio (OR) = 0.7 (95% CI 0.5-0.9);  = .012] but more likely to have increased WC [OR = 2.9 (95% CI 2.1-4.;   .001], compared to men. Being married was positively associated to being overweight [OR = 1.5 (95% CI 1.1-2.1);  = .013] and increased WC [OR = 1.8 (95% CI 1.3-2.6);   .001], but not with WHtR index.
